Great Americans on Corporate Power

As we all know, or at least should know, America was founded as a reaction to the abuse of power of an international corporation. It wasn't the King's tea that went into the harbor at Boston, it was the tea of the British East India Company. The King granted that corporation abusive monopoly powers, but the company abused the people, not the King. Any question about that was answered by the founders themselves when they offered the Kingship of America to George Washington. Clearly it wasn't the… Continue

We may have a problem here on this site

I have to apologize for making a mistake, I chose this community software because it fit our requirement it took 3 days to put up a wonderful site. Yes Ning has got the software right, I never thought ning would welsh on their agreement of free for life but they have. All ning developers are so bloody annoyed and this company will go into receivership and that's for sure.

I will still not trust ning even if they back track, I was going to make my Newviews site premium when they… Continue

The great American Empire may not be what you think it is.

You may think that your politicians are running the USA and it’s completely under control by American influence. However this is not the case as the empire is run by many more people outside of USA borders than on its home front.

USA has had too many cooks that have spoiled the broth that happens when the world’s elite want power to achieve high profits and great wealth. The multi…

Left and right united in opposition to controversial SCOTUS decision

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ynews/ynews_ts1137

Much has been made of late about the hyper-partisan political environment in America. On Tuesday, Sen. Evan Bayh explained his surprising recent decision to leave the senate by lamenting a "dysfunctional" political system riddled with "brain-dead partisanship." It seems you'd be hard-pressed to get Republicans and Democrats inside and outside of Washington to agree on anything these… Continue

Corruption of governance and politicians.

When organizations in the Western world explain the problems concerning corruption the finger pointing is directed at the third world. But the truth being that the corruption in the third world is more like sets of petty crimes than the organized corruption in the West its in fact minor league.

The governing systems in the West particularly in USA are corrupted on a much larger scale and made to look legal with the word…

On the map.

Friends, I have just discovered the map on this site, and I see that very few of us have put ourselves on the map. I encourage everyone to do so, so that we can easily locate those near us. This is a great aid for the future organizing we have planned.

Taking it Real!

I think it's time for us to take the next step. I think it's time for some of us to get together in the real world.

I want to host a meeting at my house, get a bunch of us together and start actually doing things. I am preparing a presentation that I will be offering anywhere that I can find a platform to move us forward, and I'd like to give it to a group of our members first to get feedback and try to polish it. I am also putting together a promotion kit, which will be available at… Continue

Truth In Bribery Act

The Supreme Court thinks money equals free speech. They think whoever has the cash should make the rules. If the oil industry wants to just outright buy a few more seats they

Corporation Says It Will Run for Congress

Do you want this future corporations actual blatantly running for seats of governance?

Is true that old saying "give them an inch and they will take a mile" applies here. Abuse is the most finely tuned corporate skill.

That's good news, but I'd rather see those contributions banned than limited. If it's allowed, it will be abused. Good article Connie, thanks.
